My Story

Hello, I'm Ridhoy Ahmad, a cloud support associate who enjoys blending empathetic customer support with practical engineering. I specialize in building reliable backend services and guiding teams through smooth deployments in AWS.

My journey started with a Computer Science degree from Georgia State University and has grown through the Tech Elevator Java Developer bootcamp and graduation from the AWS re/Start program. Along the way I have supported high-volume operations at Amazon and Publix, sharpening my ability to debug, communicate, and automate under pressure.

I care deeply about maintainable code, observability, and delivering features that solve real problems for customers. Whether I'm optimizing an API, improving runbooks, or mentoring teammates, I’m driven by making cloud-first environments faster, safer, and easier to use.
